Dear Mike, We have noticed your comments on the Topro site regarding B-Tree and it's products.We would like to solve your problems regarding B-Tree but unfortunately, we cannot locate you in any of our records. We have searched the historical records for the past seven years, and talked to our employees. There is no record at B-Tree that you have 1.ever attended a training class here 2.ever purchased a B-Tree system 3.ever been in contact with our support group. Since we could have overlooked something, we would like to set our records straight. Can you tell us 1.which customer of ours you work for 2.which B-Tree product and version number you possess 3. what target application is B-Tree being used for 4. who your support contact is at B-Tree.
