How will you know what the O/S count actually is until the debentures are all done? From looking at the document, there is no price or share limit on them. So, the lower the stock price goes, the more shares will be given out. BTW, another 2.6 Mil shares traded and virtually no change in price. Hope that the debs are done quickly. And I agree in part that the stock doesn't always reflect the value of the company, but the problem is how do you know what the true value is? Good luck and have a happy new year, Eric P.S.
