Z Positions: - Ron - I didn't realize that we already had 3K MUEI in the portfolio, so will close out one of the positions 12/31/97. I also will sell 3000 CAV tomorrow. It no longer interests me. I would like to retain the existing positions in MUEI, LSS, and RII. Larry

I vote for mandatory stops on all Z purchases for the coming year.

An automaatic 5% would be good.

I have instituted this procedure in my own portfolio, and think it wise for the Z and all participants, also.
