Is Donald Trump Running a False Flag Campaign to Help Hillary Clinton? Anything is possible in politics, but I doubt that one. His ego is too large. What could they promise him? No, I think he's in it to win. Why he wants to do this at age 70 is beyond me, but his large family will now be set financially for eternity if he wins. I think he began it as a lark, but changed his mind as time went on. I also think Bernie was a "shield" to deflect the Hillary coronation talk, and he wound up liking the crowds and action and stuck it to her.
