You're right, and clearly, that is the better solution. Civilization without the burden of the uncivilized masses is the best solution, but that won't happen either until a great civil war and world war unfold. A great purge will ensues at that time. When war and anarchy take root, very significant improvements to society will transpire very quickly according to all of recorded history. It's only a matter of time.
