Had to do some tax loss selling on JMAR this week. Whoever got my shares may have gotten them dirt cheap. I am still holding some shares in my IRA and will be watching for some positive events to get back in.
Good luck to all.
Paul

individual investors have no opportunity to ever short JMAR since it is non marginable and therefore not shortable by the average investor

why do people here persist in thinking that just anyone can short JMAR ? it's been stated several times before by myself and others i believe - a stock to be shortable must be marginable and JMAR has a long way to go before it'll ever be marginable, especially after what's happened recently

MMs and big institutions can always short - just the nature of the game - the same rules don't apply to them, that's Wall Street for you

as for the financing ? hmmm - well a loan for the moneys needed and then a warrant exercise to cover the loan once the ball got rolling - certainly could have been an option - sure some dilution would come as a result but they would also have picked up loyal stockholders

JUST MY OPINION - what's done is done - loyal warrantholders have been screwed - we'll take our losses and move on
