I agree, but it might be sooner than "In a few years."

Or how about a secondary offering of more units, common, warrants,
or some preferred stock, or (repeating a deal of a few years ago)
issue some convertible debentures.
Maybe a "private placement" of some new (restricted) shares.
Perhaps restructure some debt by granting some concessions
to some bank or other institution.

Isn't NASDAQ supposed to "tighten-up" the requirements
for a stock to be listed on their small-cap,
and National Market System (NMS) ?

I wonder, will KLOC still qualify for NMS listing?

All of the above is IMHO.

C.W.,

Given your disposition on KLOC, why haven't you shorted
their stock? You could have shorted at $5...or $4...or
even $3 a share over the course of the last few months
and done very handsomely for yourself! Why not put your
money where your analysis is?
