He was a lone nutcase. That doesn't mean he wasn't also inspired by Islamic fundamentalism, and that he admired and was inspired by ISIS. Closeted homosexual? Maybe maybe not. Also not and argument against Islamic fundamentalism, and admiring and agreeing with ISIS.
