You can not take away a Constitutional right without due process....it is fundamental to our system of jurisprudence....we deserve notice and opportunity to be heard prior to suspension of rights...you have it backwards...as usual. If the government wants to limit your rights, it needs to show why FIRST.

Obama can have his administration fix the list and provide for due process appeal all by himself.

But it only makes sense to clean up the list problem before some "Muslim extremist" buys a gun.....
