Probably. I am not a Clinton fan by any stretch of the imagination.

We have a rather constricted set of choices. I would have preferred if Bernie had gotten the nomination. But the country isn't ready for that kind of change. Yet. Considering how well he did, much better than I think he even expected, means things are further along that I expected. But still.

There was no one else on the Democratic side who could have done as well as Bernie against Hillary. Those are the facts.

On the Republican side, things are/were even worse. It was so bad that Kasich and Bush were the mainstream moderates. Think about that for a moment. The two strongest were Trump and Cruz. Such a choice. One is running on a textbook fascist platform, although he himself likely isn't. I don't think the Cheeto Jesus has any firm beliefs, to be honest. And Cruz, in addition to having a personality that is like fingernails on a blackboard, is a Dominionist. Yeah, the Christian version of Sharia law is exactly what this country needs. His dad thinks he will be one of the Seven Kings who transfers the countries wealth to the theocrats. Because theocracy is soo good for a people. Just ask the Muslims. They used to be a pretty progressive Caliphate until the imams took over. Now...

So yeah. Hillary is not my ideal candidate.
