The usual (R) convention is a totally scripted, boring, show of gagging phony patriotism. You didn't need to watch it, as it was always just as you had imagined it.

This year, it's going to be MUST WATCH TV! With potential REPUBLICAN riots!

If Hillary doesn't pick Warren to appease the Sanders voters, the Democrat convention could be more interesting.

If the Republicans did try to pull any crap at the convention that will be an automatic loss for them. I tend to think the people involved here are a few rogues, essentially meaningless.
