Wrongamundo Pugs,

John Reed Stark makes internet announcements of official SEC actions, in addition to looking at internet fraud. The trading halt was enacted because there are some very serious unanswered questions about what the company has filed.

The SEC doesn't halt trading for no reason. They are not there to provide illiquidity to investors.

And Breton's statement in response to the halt that he "had no idea" is simply preposterous.

It was reported here that Morgan and Breton spent a day with the SEC some time ago. My response then was, and still remains, people don't just drop in on the SEC to say hello. They are usually command performances.

Pugs,

Thanks for the update. Did you say the company also told you the money was definitely there? All $5 million of it?

The SEC already has the company's financials, and they have a problem with the assets in them, probably including the recently filed 8-K, where we know there is a highly questinable asset (the one which would get them to the AMEX).

Pugs,

This is looking scary... Paying the lawyers will cost a pretty penny @ $300-500/hr. (If they pay a lower amount, they are screwing themselves).

Internet Fraud implies that the company has enlisted/hired outside parties to spread favorable misinformation contrary to the company's actual status.

The alteration in the story that RMIL is relating to you indicates that they may be in more serious trouble than first alluded to.

The SEC has now commenced its "stripsearch" of RMIL. They will subpoena insider's personal financial and trading records next. And they may decide to "speak" with a couple of the Cartel leaders out here.

Somehow I just didn't "buy" Morgan's initial comments the day the stock halted. If you think this will be over quick and easy, I suggest putting that out of your mind. This company has displayed some pretty blatant signs of misrepresentative press releases and mistated assets. That will likely mean an punitive fine.

Regards,

Ron
