>> Is anyone clamoring for more gun control?

We kill each other with guns at a rate 297x more than Japan, 49x more than France, 33x more than Israel.

Israel has stringent gun control laws regulating possession firearms and requiring health, mental health and criminal background checks in addition to providing a credible reason for ownership. Unlike the US, where the Constitution’s Second Amendment enshrines the right to bear arms, firearm possession in Israel is not a legal right.

The Orlando massacre puts blood directly on the hands of the GOP, and their blocking of legislation in the wake of the slaughter of 26 people, including 20 young children, at a Connecticut school in December 2012.

Is there any outrage from the left? Is anyone clamoring for more gun control – even though Chicago has some of the strictest gun control in the nation? Is the media blaming the NRA for this calamity? Is anyone trying to find out the motives of the shooters?

1. Victims were black as well as shooters
2. Muslims not involved.
3. Gays not murdered
4. That uncaring republican mayor in 1915 and 1927
