You are probably right, it could move up anytime, UTR shot up today after several weeks of nothing, but for now it seems at the bottom. It is my only stock in this situation, so I feel lucky, shows the value of diversification of assets in downtrodden issues. Although one must not be surprised that the money is flowing elsewhere, perhaps we can appriciate the additional loses asset allocation here has committed us too short term.
