AG2034 follow up: I received a response to my question about Lilly's GART inhibitor: >> It sounds similar to what happened to their previous compound, Lometrexal, which is part of our talk when we talk about 2034.ÿ It caused some toxicities that were "accumulated" that showed up well after certain dosing regimens. Anyway, we have not seen anything like that so far; keeping our fingers crossed and we're going really slow for that reason.ÿ We think we've hit max. tolerated dose and more to be talked about on that compound at ASCO in May.>> We should know more in May.
