My understanding is that at some point, ALYD will want to make some acquisitions. Being a NASDAQ National Market stock will make doing secondary offerings possible. Give the Reg. S crap a rest already.

For everyone's information, according to the latest statistics, the current Alydaar short position is 171,666 shares.

Tech,

Another "fluff" piece by the Charlotte Observer. I can not understand it. For ten years The Observer has treated Gruder like a celebrity, detailing every move his company has made. "Gruder has moved to Alabama." "Gruder has moved back to Charlotte." "Gruder has done a number two." Please!

Dear Tech: You promised, now PLUUUEEZE get off this Reg S. Kick unless they do it again. You dont need NMS status to do a Reg S. If business really shoots up I suppose they may need more working capital but frankly, I would much prefer they borrow it rather than issue any more stock. JDN

tech: If you don't like the direction that ALYD is taking then short the stock.................It's that easy........................

It's a free country but I believe everyone on this board understands your position on the Reg S shares................... I'm not happy about the Reg S either but I'm looking at the longer term picture.

You're a trader and look at things differently than a person who is buying and holding and accumulating........Different strokes for different folks..................

BTW, Happy New Year..................
