Good evening John,
One of the aspects of the financial deal that Ed repeatedly mentioned was the fact that one of the reasons why the company went with Prudential was the fact they only dealt with reputable firms and not Cayman sharks. Infact, as you know, Mr. Skousen has obviously been kept informed about developments relating to Altair before such information had been made public. Having said this, listen once again to yesterday's update and pay particular attention to what he says about Prudential. Now ask yourself the following question...Would Prudentail do what Mr. Skousen is hinting at if there were any concerns about the new investors???
I would like to thank O 49r for briging the important issue of offshore investments to our discussions. It is very important for us individual investors to be aware of how easy it is for a stock to be manipulated at the expense of the little guy.

Sincerely,

Jas
