David, is there any way of knowing how much the DBII appeal is getting into our pocket? With the shareholder suit dropped, my hopes were that the money spent would quit hitting the bottom line this quarter, but the suits are like the "Energizer Bunny" TM , they keep going and going and going!

Also, does anyone have a feel for how business is, Are earnings going to be in-line or are they going to disapoint because of the Asia thing?
