The insider stock repurchases is old news. Here is my take on reverse splits. A company splits its stock after it runs up in price. A stock does a reverse stock split after the stock prices falls to penney stock level. In other a reverse stock split is a warning that the company has problems why else would it have such a low price? i hate to say it, but I wish the stock would have stayed between 1 1//2 so I could have bought more stock. Usually small stocks go up in late December and fall after the new year. Evan
