The practice of selling shares directly through the company is completely legal and quite common among most public companies. The only problem I see with buying from the company is it takes up to six weeks to recieve certificates then you have to send them to your broker for deposit into your account. I believe TSIS will only sell shares in large blocks right now and they are supposed to stop all selling in January and focus on business and expansion.
