Bearing Resources (BRZ-V) Aug 5, '16 consolidate its share capital on the basis of four existing common shares for one new common share. Management believes that the proposed consolidation is in the best interests of the company, and will allow the company greater possibilities with respect to future financings and project acquisitions. Presently, the company has 25,889,648 common shares issued and outstanding, and, assuming the proposed consolidation is completed on a four-for-one basis, there will be 6,472,412 common shares issued and outstanding. In connection with the proposed consolidation, the name of the company will not change, and the company's trading symbol will remain as BRZ. The company will issue a further news release to announce the effective date of the proposed consolidation.
