MS wins expedited appeal request news.com "Wins" is somewhat ambiguous here. My reading: moving stuff forward quickly is all to the good, if Microsoft actually wins the procedural stuff on appeal, I'd guess Urowsky's wish for a full blow Sherman case might come true sooner rather than later. Interesting times we live in. A DOJ spokesman, meanwhile, said the appeals court order comes as no surprise. "We fully expected this decision and are happy with the timetable laid out by the court," said Michael Gordon. "It is important to note that this has nothing to do with the merits of Microsoft's case." Cheers, Dan.
