It's possible to convert the AR 15 to auto mode

Depends on whether your rifle has a sear block and was milled for the full auto trigger pack.
You need to have the right bolt carrier group and most importantly a full auto trigger pack and sear.
Those parts are not too hard to obtain, but not sold (trigger pack) in any gun shop I've ever visited.

Not to mention it's a felony with 20 years and 20K fine if you get caught doing the conversion. But then if you're planning terrorist acts - it's a rather minor issue.

There's a book available online that shows how to convert a Ruger 10/22 .22lr into full auto as well if you have a milling machine and some skills as a machinist. Many handguns and rifles can be converted, especially ones that started out as full auto for the military and then were sold to the public in semi-auto only.

Back in the real world - almost no one ever does this. The number of convictions per year is very low.

Lots of semiauto weapons can be converted to auto. Including pistols.

As usual your answer shows your cluelessness.
Its not legal to convert semi-auto to full auto without the special license you need to possess such a weapon, boob. Law abiding gun owners will not. Criminals don't abide by gun laws., dope.
