I've always thought that one sign of good management was the speed with which they are able to report earnings. The laggards in reporting are usualy the dog stocks.

The management of a company with a volatile stock price may feel the options expiration
occuring nearly simultaneously with the release of quarterly results only encourages
further volatility in the short term. ? Secondly, could it be a situation where the outside
auditors

getgo,

This has never been a problem in the past. FORE has almost always released earnings the Thursday prior, etc. Cascade use to also as did ASND.

Auditing now should be easier than the quarter right after the merger.

Hello,

I'am new on this board, and I would like to say HI to everyone,

getgo, you have a good point to the fact that the delay of the earnings posting, will have further volatility in the short term.. but, the part of the auditors wanting a day or two more to post the earnings of ASND doesn't sound right to me.... I'am an auditor, and I'll speculate that, ASND is waiting for something, thats going to scare alot of the shorts on option day! I feel theirs NEWS PENDING!
(just my speculation, who knows!)

ASND, has made a double bottom, according to my analysis, and it's way-way OVERSOLD, with strong accumulation. thats positive.

I feel we are going to see a peak at 38. $ , with some resistance at 30. $ a break at 30.$ , we will see 38.$ .

Good Luck,

Giota
