<<Just for you to think about..>>

Carol, I gave up thinking about it years ago, just about the time I realized I enjoyed dreaming more. Unfortunately, I can't seem to convince S.J. of it, as she will periodically ask me why I don't write any more. Then I'll ask why she doesn't paint anymore. Still, she doesn't seem to get the connection.

Glad you like them. Feel free to stroke my ego anytime. :-)

There is a woman who also lives in Magic Town. She came into where I used to work part-time to xerox some copies of a piece she wrote. I struck up a small conversation with her, she asked if I still wrote, and I replied that I really didn't do so as much as I used to. Everything just sort of disappeared when I married. She, on the other hand, began to come alive when she married. To each their own.

I probably shouldn't give pointers as I rarely follow them myself, but when you have something running around upstairs, take some time to try to get it down on paper. Then pick it up again if more comes. Or spend some time with it, reading what you have over and over again. Sometimes, it takes frequent readings to find the keys to the next verses. At any rate, always remember, like Alexa said a while back, you're doing this first and formost for yourself. Of course, as we all like to play show and tell, if or when you are proud of what has come forth from your efforts please share them.

Speaking of the landlord, she has been kind of holding out on us for a few months, hint, hint.

Hope you enjoyed the short version. <ggg>

Happy New Year, Carol. Looking forward to your next, whenever next time is.
