Bob: What we don't know is at what price the private block placements are being sold. Isn't it common practice to sell these blocks at prices significantly lower than the market prices. If so, this may account for the low stock price. It could be incentives to some companies or individuals that try out their services, I mean who knows. At any rate the discontinuence of these sales is a definite positive..I also agree that it is not illegal to make these sales and if they are doing it as incentives it may be just plain smart business deals..gregor
