Obama only cares about one thing: "fundamentally transforming" this country. And in order to that, he has created world chaos. He has created that chaos largely through those he appointed to key positions in his cabinet, in bureaucracies, in judges - everywhere in government. In my opinion, he has been very successful, so I doubt that he cares how ridiculous he looks or sounds - or how many hate him. After all, the guns he hates so much and wants to take away from us, keep him safe - 24/7 - and will for the rest of his life since he made sure of that.
