Exactly what do you think affirmative action means? In case you don't know, it is designed to waive White standards for cases involving Blacks and Hispanics. It gives them a free charity ride. If the White entrance requirements weren't waived for Blacks and Hispanics, very few would be admitted to colleges, have jobs, or receive promotions. Similarly, without gerrymandering, very few Blacks or Hispanics would be voted into office. They just can't compete with Whites, so special rules and laws are designed to waive White standards for Blacks and Hispanics. As much as you hate the truth and reality of affirmative action and gerrymandering, it's a fact. Both are charity for the needy.
