I really have explained the difference between REG.S and D many times. They were minimal. I have given you 5 different places to look for information on the abuses of discounted convertibles. Whether they are REG.S or D doesn't matter. And you are telling people that the links I supplied don't support my position. I challenge you to say which are incorrect. If you are going to purposefully deceive posters in an attempt to support NTN, than you have to be prepared to prove your statements. I am trying to make this a board where only information gets posted. I do not take kindly to being accused of lying. Prove it. Dwight
