To all, Message 3030415 The above url refers to a report on a holding company called tele tech electro that is engaged in making aquistions. I refer this to the thread as it may be of interest to see how another company plans to finance aquistions in a non-dilutive way. I don't know anything about tele other than what I read in that report although I've made a mental note that right now you could buy 1000 shares of TELE or 100,000 of CVIA. In regards to sec reports, cvia has'nt filed any since August and I had the feeling that was because they don't have the staff. That was the reason given for not filing the june quarter so I assume it still applies.The sec reporting will become an issue soon but I trust the merger will bring a CFO responsible for putting those things out. In fact the next sec filing we see should be a prospectus that details the merger, regards,p.b.
