Thanks MBA for the calm post with answers. It was me who posted question on BNGO thread about the NRAG chart, and you answered it, and this answer was the one that eventualy brought me here. So, I placed thans where they belong.
Re NRAG and illigal mashines:
The city government is too weak to enforce the law (throw illegals out), but the federal government is strong enough to enforce ITS law. Is this the situation? (having lived outside the U.S. for 3/4 of my life I have certain suspision when I am told that the new law will be enforced when a similar law was not enforced before). What do you think?
About breaking into mashines. I never was in Venezuela, so I do not know the culture. What do you think is the propability that the NRAG mashines will be broken into in a robbery manner, using big peace of steal as a tool? (that is what would be happening in my home country). Do the bussineses have a guard on duty all night long? Or do they work all night long? I am not sure where to get answers to such questions, because they are more cultural that factual questions...
