The buildup of forces close to the Russia has been pretty small, and it wasn't a one sided thing. And of course it was in response to Russian annexation of Crimea and military intervention in Ukraine. Pretty small? lol. That's a whopper even for you businessinsider.com As for being a "one sided thing", Of course Russia would respond in its own sovereign territory to a buildup on its border. Crimes has been 90% Russian for 70 plus years. The US(your hated Obama) tore the nation apart with $15B in seed money from our State Dept and CIA.
