"Any idea what the over/under is regarding the predicted death toll?" No idea for ether Cleveland or Philly. However, nobody was killed in the making of this film. OTH guns weren't a thing back then. "Hopefully none of the good guys die or suffer other casualties in the coming battle of civilization v. savages." Hopefully none of the bad guys will, either. Speaking from experience, it's no fun doing CPR on a neo-Nazi. I wouldn't wish that on any other health care providers.

Too bad the democRAT convention is not in Chicago. Black lives don't mean sh*t in Chicago, and Rev Jesse and Rev Sharkton and soon-to-be-Rev obama stay far away, physically and mentally. Get rid of the lowlife and freeloaders THAT DON'T VOTE TWO OR THREE TIMES, and support Planned Parenthood to bring the crime rate down even further. They gots a good plan, but it's not workin' jus' yet. Big Bucks to pop those kids out every nine months. (somebody on this thread can tell you about that mush better than I)
