...they would be offloaded and executed at the land-based facility, not in the MCU....

I stand corrected. How silly of me to think you would execute these minorities in the Mobile Court Unit. It would soon become messy with blood, bodies and bullet holes. That would clog up the entire system so you couldn't round up more blacks, Mexicans and gays. Take them to the killing fields, right? That's the way the Gestapo did it before they discovered the magic of Auschwitz.

...if previously convicted and sentenced during transit, they would be offloaded and executed...

A traveling kangaroo court. Pick'em up, find them guilty on the way to the killing fields, and shoot'em. That's the American way....we don't need no stinkin defense attorneys, appeals or crap like that. Everybody knows they're guilty cause I saw it on teevee...or anyway it was one of those blacks...they all look the same to us white folks. Besides, if he didn't do this one, he probably did another one. Or he will.

You don't belong in this country John boy. Racist.

John,
guilt of a violent crime is beyond a shadow of a doubt.
That'll never happen.

Even if there isn't any doubt over the guilt, there will still be doubt over the following:

- Trial procedure. (Did you expose the jury to any "unnecessary" prejudices?)
- Execution procedure. (Will the poor guy feel any pain while we kill him?)
- Impact on communities. (Is the guy's execution racist?)
- Humanitarian concerns. (If we kill him, we will be just like him.)
- Perfection of due process. (See above.)

Unfortunately, no one is perfect, especially the system.
