For example, if I (or anyone else) were the only person in the world (e.g., no one else around to learn from), and one side of the river had nice, friendly golden retrievers who behaved very friendly and docile toward me, and the other side of the river had snarling pit bulls who tried to rip my head off every time I went to their side of the river, guess which side of the river I would quickly learn to dislike and avoid? LOL!
