< I once was a heavy investor in AMD>

Perhaps that's what made you so humble....

Carl, It's been too long ago for you to even repeat that you were once an aMD investor your lost your faith and now must answere to your new god, who by the way is a ruthless son of Hurgarian! and also man of the year. Was that for 1997 or 1998 if for 97 we can look forward to 98. otherwise we'll be gagging for a full year. Personaly I think time picked the wrong guy. They should have given it to the guy in jail that the FBI planted at Intel to steal the pentuim process. AMD got a look at it and gave it back that should tell you something. The guy in jail should get it for passing the tapes to the cubans, russians and chinees. He is the only guy I know who knows how to use individual initiative to break up a monoply. I know I'll catch hell for this post but so be it. It's good to remind everyone how close the guy came to bringing down on of the giants of Insdusty and our good old goverment the guys Brian worte to for help were part of it. Intel refuses to this day to discuss the matter. Just like denying the bugs in the chips and the existenct of a sub $1,000.00 makret. Quite a recent legacy no doubt. Ha you don't suppose all the Advertizing money Intel spends at time warner/cnn world wide had any influence of the decision? On second thought I would give it to the guy in Jail. I would have given it to Mother Thresa, may she sit at the right hand side of God forever.
