HI Al,

TJ Rogers says he bought broadcom internet of things division because it gives them access to the best radio out there.

Much of where CY is going is small internet of things and ( in a big way radios that communicate within an automobile).

"On a day like yesterday it's hard to know what a good price might be, and it's hard not to do something or another."

AMEN TO THAT.

It puts fun into the fast declines vs just sucking it up.<smile>

Some guys take chances on calling tops and criticize others as being perm bulls - I like to sell puts when the premium rewards are the biggest/ best.

In that case, the worst that can happen is a good entry on a dividend paying stock.

Much less speculative.

I'm a scardy cat investor!!

Bob

Wrote this to Bob, on another thread. Was watching P/C's forever, but only today thought of trying to find something "useful" in these wiggly daily things. If not for trading indices of ETFs, this could be potentially helpful when timing grades that you were going to do anyway. Would be interesting to try smoothing them out using some short term moving average. Might work better. Or maybe not.
