When I was younger I read time and Newsweek every week cover to cover. And George Will always had the last page in Time magazine. But even 50 years ago, I knew that Newsweek was the Democratic magazine and Time was the Republican magazine. I used to tell that to the people, but they thought I was nuts. I never read George Will seriously and I don't follow any right-wingers seriously. But once in a while I will peek into their thinking just to see what's going on. The only instructions I have given to my children is that if I ever become Republican they are to put me to sleep.
