OK, I will grant you that maybe the first time Korea didn't intentionally act irresponsible figuring they would have a safety net. The SECOND time will be the case. They will get the idea from this bailout that they can consciously screw up and they will get aid. I also beg to differ with you about Mexico. It may appear like it was successfull but I contend that all is not well with Mexico and they will have problems again soon because they weren't taught a good lesson. I'm hanging it up for the night so I will have to debate the Mexico point tomorrow or someother day.
