Wrong wrong, very wrong............people who carry guns should be held responsible for all who are wounded or killed by those guns. And then the people who sold and manufactured those guns should also be liable… …. so then it follows that those who vote for Bush or Obama or Clinton should be held responsible for the war crimes they commit. You agree?
