I love it when Jews talk about making small profits and making a gift to the community. Your mama would be proud. Also, you should buy a bond and plant a tree. Maybe you've already done that. Shalom.

A mutual acquaintance wanted to help the owner of the property, who had planned to build a chain saw/power equipment store in town, to replace the shop he was renting a few miles down the road. He rain into mon ey problems behind the crash, and was in danger of losing it. That persom went to the business, asked them if they would be interested. They said say, but couldn't. He said, "let me see what I can come up with".

And somehow these people knew you had an inheritance burning a hole in your pocket. And hit you up for financing they couldn't get to save their struggling chain saw store. Sweetheart financing is a gift and there's nothing wrong with that if it's what you wanted to do.
