BigKNY, We will probably never know why Dr Goldstein was not included in a MUSE study. Maybe personalities just were not right. MAybe he was already tied up in the competition and neither party had an interest. Maybe he made demands that no self-respecting company would agree to. We just don't know. But seriously no product can have every big shot in their study panel. The egos are just too large. can you impagine G & PN sitting down to discuss a study protocol????? About your recent abstracts Viagra in "orgainc" ED. I would re-emphasize what TA referred to: How are we defining the diagnosis??? Is "Diabetic ED" only diagnosed in the severe diabetic patient with multiple site obvious vascular disease??? or is any patient with even very mild diabetes and ED a priori assigned to the "Organic ED" group??? some of these certainly will be very likely in fact psychogenic ED only . For the number of patients with ED in the population, 400 pt in 20 sites = only 20 pt per site. This seems like a tiny number for the quoted study. Jim
