Doug,

I have recently looked at the Jardine Matheson group which was delisted from the HK stock exchange but listed in Singapore instead and is available in ADR in the US. It is trading below NAV due primarily to their disappointing earings drop in 1996 as result of some extraordinary items and the recent Asia problems. In the last couple of days, this stock seemed to have bounced nicely, along with Jardine Startegic Holdings, which is also trading at below NAV.

Have you or anyone on this thread done any research into this primarily Hong Kong congromerate? Their profile and home page and can be accessed thru the Bank of NY site on ADR's.

More information of the whole group can also be found from the home page of Hong Kong Land (one of their group comapnies):
hkland.com
This will lead to stock quotes for the whole group as well.

Any comments from you and others will be appreciated.
