Hi, Serge, I know it does go on and the details that we know are complicated. Its not that Levine on his way out bailed. It is that when the mass insider selling was going on when the stock was in to 30's, they were feeding the financial community (who intern gave us positive info) that everything was on target. I will probably sign on in the suit. Some recovery would be better than none. Perhaps big business works that way, One set to whores suing another.
