I don't remember if it's mentioned very often here, but a good local resource for preferred investing is the SI Income Investing thread. Several posters there are quite active and knowledgeable in different aspects of the preferred world. The thread header has links to user Lord Xot's public spreadsheets and user MRothaus1's Swap spreadsheet that should help with DD. I had a couple called in the past few weeks, so I'll be on the preferred search too.
