NCLH. I just finished a 2 week cruise up and down the norwegian coast with them, ending last saturday. From Copenhagen to the North Cape and back (above the arctic circle). We stopped off in Iceland for awhile on the way there. Quite nice.

I sold out of HCP at $36 and change last fall, swapped it for VTR (tax loss swap). That turned out to be one of my better plays. HCP is down about a buck from the sale date, VTR is up over 35% from purchase.
VTR is severely overbought, and I'm considering exiting in my wife's portfolio. Thinking of putting the proceeds back into HCP. I know HCP has had some operational challenges, but it remains a dividend aristocrat, 6.5% yield while VTR is now a shade below 4%. HCP definitely out of favor, but may be worth a contrarian look at these prices.
Any comments from the thread? TIA.
