Hmmmm....that's an interesting theory. Nothing would surprise me, but so far, Hillary hasn't seemed to slow Billyjeff down very much.

Several weeks ago------Bill Clinton was quoted after Hillary claimed she would put Bill in charge of the
economy------that he did not want to be in charge of her economic policies.

Not exact words but close.

Maybe Bill wants to spent last years outside of the White House with "energizer" as described
elsewhere.
