My conclusion. Loretta outsmarted them all, first of all Billy Boy and next and consequentially, Obama and all other crooked forces secret or less so having joined his and the dem's team. Quite possible. I hate to give Dems any credit for brain power or being clever, but SELF-SURVIVAL is their #1 instinct. She probably noticed how quickly the State Department threw Rice under the bus this week by saying that she "horrified" them.
