I shoot in a combat league and one stage of fire is weak hand from behind a barricade. After years of shooting I came to the conclusion that not unlike a golf grip, when you switch hands, you get a moderately different point of impact.

Being left handed, and sighting to 6pm on most targets, I need to aim high by 4 inches and 4 inches to the right at 2pm to hit the 10 ring. This is at 25 yards. The closer to the target the smaller the point of sight must be.

Probably best to find that spot you need to aim for and get used to it. For example, at 25 yards on a life sized target, using my right hand, I have to aim at the top of the right shoulder just off the neck area to place a good shot.

Another possible solution is to reduce the diameter of your grips. This only really works well on revolvers as I noticed that my old sp101's could be fired both left and right with out adjustments because of the smallness of the grip allowing proper fit in either hands.

Good luck.
