Intel should ship about 25% of their CPUs as Pentium IIs this quarter. At a 20,000,000 CPU/quarter run rate, the Pentium II should account for 5,000,000 of these.

Assuming AMD ships about 1,700,000,000 K6's this quarter (their guidance implies it could be lower), Intel's Pentium II shipments ALONE will be 300% of AMD's K6 shipments.

Add another 1.5 or 2 million Pentium Pros and you're talking up to 400% more for Intel (Pentium II + Pro) than AMD's K6.
